Job Description

Consolidation Analysis and Financial Reporting:
Timely preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements of the group on quarterly and annual basis with detailed disclosures and notes to consolidated financials under IFRS.
Preparation of annual consolidated accounts (under IFRS) and Coordination with the Auditors for annual Audit Procedure of internal and external audit works (interim reviews and annual audit) of the Group.
Responsible for Verification of reporting adjustments, developing and ensuring correct application of the Group Accounting Policies.
Assess and conduct analysis, presenting results and putting forward recommendations through the provision of briefings, presentations or written reports, to support decision making and Ensuring proper documentation (Memos) is available to support significant accounting treatments.
Preparation of Quarterly financial review report for the Group including discussions on the results of operation, financial analysis, liquidity, capital resources etc. (MD&A).

Management Accounts and Analysis :
Responsible for producing the group financial management reporting to various boards and group forums within deadlines, expected quality and combining the group view together with the Business Areas (BA)/Industry angle.
Lead business / operational reviews to analyses relevant cost & income drivers, results and performance.
Responsible for definition and analytical review of Group and BA related KPIs.
Contribute from a financial and business perspective to group activities linked with budget and strategic plans.
Perform ad-hoc assignments (benchmarking, scenario analyses, business plans, etc.) / prepare specific reports for management and committees.

Lead, Guide and Empower Group Consolidation and Reporting team targeted to develop / improve the entire function to meet today's and tomorrow's demands.
As matrix owner of group reporting function, ensure the processes are properly documented and kept up-to date.
