Job Description

1. Work closely with the recruitment team to support hiring and joining of employees as per new joiner checklists and standard procedures. Conduct orientation and induction of the Phoenix Group and the location
2. Anticipate issues and needs within the location and address these effectively .Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
3. Understand and Implement new policies, procedures and programs in sync with our corporate HR Team in Dubai
4. Participate in the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews as per timelines decided. Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the performance management process.
5. Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analysing Exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards
6. Lead and manage Compensation & Benefit process as per business requirement and aligning with the corporate C&B guidelines. Benchmarking business compensation and pay-out structure
7. Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
8. Responsible for Leavers/Exit Formalities prepare final settlements and complete exit checklists
9. Partner with key stakeholders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce. Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
10. Support the leadership team in driving the desired culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times
