Responsible for establishing short, medium, and long-term strategy for the brand
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Propose and manage the budget for advertising, promotional costs, and costs associated with market research and analysis.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy; Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions while anticipating bottlenecks
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as social media platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates from FMCG companies with experience in the Middle East will be a preferred.
Experience with managing multiple agency partners and / or freelance support.
Must have planned and managed mass media campaigns (including but not limited to TV, Radio, OOH, digital & social media), CRM experience will be an added plus
