Job Description

Overview
Admin Accountant responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to internal/external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Ensure to process all financial transactions including claims accurately and on time.

Reviewing of all admin related spends
Ensure the correct department and spend account heads are used when recording admin spends
Ensure that all supporting documents are submitted with Admin spend records, reviewing all documents for completeness and accuracy
Working with the admin team for admin cost budgeting
Tracking of actual versus budget admin spends
Analysis of admin spends and preparing reports and recommendations
Tracking the impact of cost saving measures on actual spends
Ensuring compliance to Company policy on entitlements and invoices related to admin
Remit includes all utilities, phones, hotels, airtickets, employee claims for business and travel, office related spends, rents, vehicles, etc
Ensure appropriate cost allocation for admin spend

Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
